These policies are designed to ensure our customer satisfaction and provide a safety net in case
the delivered work does not meet the client's requirements.
Work Not As Described
The company offers personalized work tailored to meet the specific requirements of each
customer. Initially, a draft is provided, which can be further developed based on the customer's
feedback.
Disputed Claims: If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality and specifications of the work
and prefers a refund, the company is obligated to address the concerns and rectify any issues. If
the customer remains unsatisfied, they have the right to request a refund within 7 days of
receiving the work, accompanied by relevant evidence or documentary proof. Refund claims are
subject to investigation and will be approved or denied based on the facts of the case and the
evidence provided by the customer.
Plagiarized Content: If a claim is made that the work delivered by the tutor contains plagiarized
content, the customer must provide a third-party verifiable report within 72 hours of receiving
the work. If the claim is substantiated, a full refund will be issued.
Duplicate Order/Transaction
Accidental Duplicate Order: To cancel an order placed in error or duplicate, the customer must
contact the company within 24 hours of payment and request a refund. If it is confirmed that the
order was unintentionally duplicated, a 100% refund will be issued.
Accidental Duplicate Transaction: If an additional or duplicate payment is processed for an
order that has already been paid for, a 100% refund will be provided upon filing a request.
Refunds Not Applicable in Certain Situations:
Receiving Lower Grades: Please note that we cannot guarantee specific grades. The papers we
provide are intended as draft samples or reference materials and should not be submitted directly
as one's own work.
Change of Deadline: If there is a change in the originally agreed-upon deadline, the refund
policy and price adjustments related to delays no longer apply, as the new end date differs from
the initial agreement.
Editing, Proofreading, Formatting Orders: When you place an order for editing, proofreading,
or formatting services, it's important to understand that the content you provide is the original
work, which may contain contextual errors. The editing and formatting services aim to make
minor corrections and provide feedback regarding spelling, formatting, subject matter, flow,
grammar, and similar aspects, without materially altering the original draft.
Requirements for Documentary Proof and Process: If the customer fails to adhere to the
guidelines and timelines outlined in Section 5 regarding filing claims, complaints, or refund
requests, their eligibility for refunds may be affected.
